Eligibility for Returns and Exchange

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase, along with images and videos of the damaged item.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange.

Unopened and Unused Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns are subject to approval by our team.
